The Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Case Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Develop clear, engaging, and image-consistent copy for diverse platforms, including digital and print media.

• Collaborate with casework and content teams to create impactful messaging that drives engagement and conversions.

• Conduct research to understand target audiences, trends, and the humanitarian context

• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to Relief Across Border’s guidelines.

• Generate creative ideas for campaigns and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a related role.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Strong understanding of brand voice and storytelling techniques.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation.

• While fluency in Arabic is preferred, it is not essential.

• Strong organisational skills, a compassionate nature, and a desire to make a difference.

• Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
